We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, supervising food preparation, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Supervise and train staff in bartending, food preparation, and culinary techniques to maintain high service standards.
Implement and uphold food safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, motivation, and support.
Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes to ensure adequate stock of supplies.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for resolution that enhances guest experience.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu options that reflect current trends in the hospitality industry.
Requirements
Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary operations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential.
