GENERAL MANAGER - WEDNESBURY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to manage a newly refurbished hub, ensuring it thrives as a welcoming, inclusive, and high-performing community asset.

What are we looking for? Following a 1.2m investment from the Football Foundation and Sandwell Councill, which will include brand new small-sided football pitches, a fully refurbished 60-station gym, and community space, we are looking for a results-driven leader to oversee all aspects of our facility, ensuring exceptional operations, financial performance, and community engagement. You will manage daily operations, drive revenue growth, and maintain high standards of safety and service while fostering inclusivity and innovation. With proven experience in leisure or facility management, strong leadership skills, and a track record of meeting financial targets, you will inspire a high-performing team and build lasting relationships with stakeholders and ensure the hub remains a vital part of the community. A proactive, customer-focused mindset and passion for sports and fitness are essential to drive the success of this community hub.
