Flex 3D is a growing 3D printing company supplying businesses with high-quality parts, prototypes, and production solutions. We're looking for a

General Manager

to lead our day-to-day operations and help drive the business forward.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can see the bigger picture, and enjoys making sure everything runs smoothly, from the shop floor to customer relationships.

What you'll do

Oversee daily operations

across production, sales, and customer service, ensuring projects and orders are delivered on time and to spec.

Lead and support the team

, setting clear priorities and holding people accountable for results.

Manage customer relationships

, making sure we deliver excellent service, timely communication, and practical solutions.

Plan and monitor workloads

, allocate resources, and spot bottlenecks before they cause issues.

Control purchasing and stock

of 3D printing consumables and materials, ensuring availability without waste.

Organize and run team meetings

to review progress, hand over projects, and address challenges.

Track key business metrics

(quality, deadlines, costs, customer satisfaction) and report directly to the Directors.

Contribute to growth strategy

, helping us streamline processes, improve efficiency, and expand the business.
What we're looking for

Proven experience in a leadership, coordination, or management role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. A proactive problem-solver who can think both operationally and strategically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you'll be the bridge between directors, staff, and customers. Comfortable with technology, digital tools, and ideally some exposure to engineering, manufacturing, or 3D printing (though not essential). Hands-on and pragmatic: willing to get involved where needed to keep things moving.
