Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Coffee Shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence, ensuring that our establishment runs smoothly while providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining food safety standards, and driving the overall success of the coffee experience.

What you'll be doing



As a General Manager you will be responsible for one of our many thriving locations. You will take ownership of the day-to-day management of the store and use your experience to drive results and productivity.

Forecast and deploy labour effectively, create team rotas to meet targets/budgets Ensure all compliance/health and safety standards are met. Keeping the store running smoothly Drive sales, profit and service excellence for your store and completing financial reports/stock takes Team Management; monitor quality of service and performance, coach and inspire your team! Implement and enforce food safety regulations in compliance with health and safety guidelines. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximise profitability. Develop and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration among staff. Monitor customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve service quality.

We are after experienced and enthusiastic Managers who can drive sales and exceed KPI's. With a strong background in team management and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for people who are driven, communicative and passionate about all thing's coffee!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 32,000.00 per year
