General Manager Role- UltraFlex Gym York

The Ultraflex Gym brand is a high-quality weight and fitness facility for those who are dedicated to their Health and fitness, where only the best will do.

Ultraflex Gym, Rotherham are looking to recruit a full-time Manager to oversee the running of this facility which is regarded as one of the top Gyms in the North of England

The right candidate must have strong Leadership qualities and be able to multi task. You must be Self-Motivated, Versatile and hardworking.

An understanding of how to boost sales and promote the facility is essential and you will need to pro-actively increase memberships.

Customer service should be at the top of your priorities.

Previous managerial experience is essential but could be from a different customer focused background to Fitness.

You should be Health and Fitness minded and willing to work shifts when needed.

The Gym opens 7 days per week and you will work on 5 of those days.

You will work closely with the area manager and assistant manager to ensure the smooth running of the facility and supervising the dedicated team of staff.

You will need to organize the staff Rota, order stock and conduct regular stock takes, as well as ensuring the facility and equipment is maintained to a very high standard.

Experience of precise stock control is also needed.
