We are a Hair Replacement Salon where we help Men who suffer from Hair Loss in the form of providing Hair Systems/ Hair pieces etc
We require a General/Office Manager who has experience in Managing Hair Salons or something similar.

The owner Jay is looking to move up North and has an office manager who has been with the company but now requiring another General/Office Manager to help run the company
Job Overview
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in overseeing daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office activities and creating a productive work environment. The job role will involve management of staff and clients, providing assistance to the receptionist and helping with consultations, dealing with client queries, complaints and ensuring the day runs smoothly and managing staff diaries. Training will be provided.
Duties
- Communicate effectively with staff and clients
- Face to face consultation ( You will be trained for this)
- Handle human resources functions such as recruitment and training
- Maintain office efficiency and organisation
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
- Perform administrative duties efficiently
- Supervise office staff and provide guidance
- Manage clerical tasks effectively
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve objectives
- Managing Staff and Clients
- Ensuring the day to day tasks are completed and the management of clients runs smoothly
- Supporting receptionist and work alongside anther office manager who has been with us for 7 years
- Answering calls/reply emails
- Stock checks and updates
- Dealing with Client complaints and issues
- Managing staff diaries, booking in services, taking payments
- Managing staff holidays, HR duties
- Assisting Employees if they require help
Skills
