About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated

General Operative

to join our team. This is a hands-on role that involves working both independently and as part of a team in a busy manufacturing environment. 4 day week- Monday - Thursday 7am - 7pm

Your responsibilities will include:

Packaging and palletising orders to a high standard. Loading and unloading deliveries. Supporting the Fabrication team by preparing moulded components for welding. Palletising finished goods ready for dispatch. Assisting staff on the rotational moulding machine to manufacture a range of moulded plastic products in various sizes and colours.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have good practical skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills Be able to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative. Be flexible and adaptable to different tasks. Basic understanding of health and safety principles

Desirable

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
