As a
General Operative at Connollys of Moy
, you will be a key part in smooth operations, handling on-the-road deliveries, assisting with showroom logistics and ensuring outstanding customer service.Responsibilities
Deliveries
- safely transporting furniture to customers' homes.Warehouse Support
- Assist with stock organisation, unpacking deliveries and maintaining a clean and well-organised warehouse.Teamwork
- working closely with warehouse staff and management to handle stock movements.Manual Handling & Safety
- Use safe handling techniques to load/unload products and maintain health and safety standards.Our stores are open Monday -Saturday 9am - 5.30pm
Essential
Full clean driving license Manual handling training Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Good time management, punctual and dependable. Basic numeracy and organizational skills for managing delivery records.
Desirable
Previous experience in retail logistics or a similar role. Knowledge of local road networks and routes Experience in customer-facing or home-delivery services.
