Westland Horticulture is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as

General Operatives

in our compost manufacturing facility based in Granville Industrial Estate Dungannon.

We are offering highly competitive hourly rates and a weekly 50 Attendance bonus.

Main Duties Include:

Operate machinery in a safe working manner. Conducting quality checks thoroughly throughout the shift on the following: Seals, Codes, Print Quality, Pallet Height, and Build Quality. Ensuring to meet all production targets set by management. Adhering to all Health and Safety compliance policies and procedures in place. Willingness to work within a team environment focused on maximising production. Provide support as required for the relevant departments. Any other duties assigned by supervisors/managers commensurate with the role.

Essential Skills:

Previous experience in a similar role within a FMCG environment. Previous experience of manual labour. Good level of understanding and spoken English. Ability to meet production targets. Willingness to work within a team environment focused on maximising production.

The rotating shift Pattern is as follows:

Week 1: Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.00pm Week 2: Monday to Thursday 2.00pm to 10.30pm
