Duties

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Operate machinery and equipment as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Support the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling techniques are used. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, promoting a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and resolve any operational issues that may arise. Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided. A good understanding of health and safety practices is preferred. Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed.
