GENERAL OPERATIVE (ENGINEERING)

IMMEDIATE START | FULL-TIME PERMANENT

Due to a significant increase in work load we require

Production Operatives

to join our busy production team in Omagh.

We are a leading manufacturer within the agricultural, construction and recycling sectors. We offer a wide portfolio of trailers including

Low-loaders

&

Dump Trailers.

In more recent years we have diversified the business with the introduction of our

Screener and Crushing machines

for the quarrying, mining, and recycling industries.

HOURS:

42.5 hours

Monday - Thursday 7.30am- 4.30pm;

Friday 7.30am -3.00pm

Opportunity to increase earnings through our overtime scheme @ 1.5 times hourly rate

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Operating various machines on the production floor (Press brake, Drill, Cropper & Guillotine, Shot blaster) to bend, shape and drill metal to specification for the machines.

Preparing & Packing kits for welders/fabricators

Using power washer and handheld tools

Ensuring the working area remains clean & tidy

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not essential (N.B Full Training will be provided.)

Experience using any of the following machines would be preferred but not essential (Press brake, Drill, Cropper & Guillotine, Shot blaster)

Strong communication and numeracy skills.
