We are recruiting General Operatives for a modern manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for individuals with proven experience in joinery or timber construction, who can confidently work with hand and machine tools to produce high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate equipment and automated machinery used in production. Read, understand, and work to manufacturing/engineering drawings and specifications. Use hand and power tools to assemble and finish components. Maintain accurate documentation to monitor quality and efficiency throughout production. Support safety, quality, production, and efficiency targets. Contribute to a safe and organised working environment, including the controlled movement of materials, equipment, and components.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:

Demonstrable experience in joinery, timber construction, or a similar manufacturing environment (1-2 years). Strong ability to interpret and work from technical drawings. High attention to detail with a commitment to quality standards. A valid Forklift licence - advantageous but not essential.
