Job Description

In this role, the General Operative will report directly to the Production Supervisor.

Supporting production in the manufacturing process, packing of products for despatch and transporting raw material and products to required storage areas. Whilst providing assistance to the Machine Operators, with the opportunity to provide cover for holiday / sickness on various machines to produce finished products.

Duties:

Assist with loading and unloading machines.

Packing finished products ready for despatch.

Operating Production Machinery.

Aid in transportation of raw materials and goods within production areas.

The ability to work as part of a Production team.

Other Duties:

Any other duties deemed suitable by your line manager and required by the business.

Area of responsibility:

You attend your place of work in good time to start your working day.

You fulfil the requirements of your Manager and Supervisor regarding the duties needed.

The work that you undertake is of a high standard.

You must be polite and helpful to any visitors to the Company premises, ensuring that a good impression is given of Protektor Group UK Limited and its staff.

Qualifications/Training:

Full understanding of Company and Health & Safety policies.

The ability to work as part of a team to achieve the aims of the Company.

Role specific training will be provided including fork lift truck training.

Follow all Health and Safety rules as laid down by Protektor Group UK Limited.
