Job Summary:

As an operative you will be responsible for performing key tasks and functions within one of the following departments: Production, Warehousing or Fulfilment Centre. Operatives are key to ensure smooth running of the operational areas, helping to create and send our products to our customers.

It is important all tasks are completed to a high standard, creating and sending product by following the correct specifications in a timely manner.

What we're looking for:

Fulfilment Centre standards:

o Ensure all products are picked using hand held scanners

o Ensure all products are quality checked before being put into totes

o Replenish all stock on picking shelves as and when necessary

o Pack orders using Veeqo WMS

o Ensure products are packed in accordance with process

o Sort packets into relevant containers ready for collection.

o Comply with company health and safety regulations

Warehouse standards:

o Ensure warehouse quality standards are adhered to and housekeeping standards maintained

o Pick product for a 'production run' ensuring 100% accuracy

o Perform stock cycle counts on a regular basis

o Return any surplus stock and components from production to the necessary warehouse locations

o Ensure PPE is in place at all times

o All deliveries booked in and put away within 6 hours of delivery

o All incoming products are labelled correctly

Production standards:

o Production returns are cleared before new runs are released

o Line cleaning is carried out before and after runs

o Production areas are kept clean and in an orderly state

o Previous runs are cleared before new runs are started

o Ensure all quality standards are adhered to

o Meet the required production productivity level at all times

o Changeovers are carried out in timely fashion

Safety standards:

o All work is to be carried out safely

o Any incidents or near misses must be reported to the team leader immediately

o All safety rules are followed when unloading vehicles
