Position Overview:
Love working as part of a team but don't enjoy sitting behind a computer all day? Love getting stuck in and don't mind getting your hands dirty? If so and you're interested in working in a bagging plant with much variety we believe we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're currently seeking a Bagging Plant Operative to join the small team at our Newport Plant.
Key Responsibilities
Working with our fantastic operations teams, you'll have the most tasks including maintenance as well a variety of other jobs on site.
You will support with bagging our products ensuring it meets our standards and our customers requirements. You may also support our maintenance engineers around the site; helping us to maintain excellent housekeeping standards and carry out site improvements.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• A full UK Driving Licence - owing to the location of the site you will need to be able to drive your own vehicle or otherwise be able to reliably get yourself to work on time.
• A genuine interest in the construction materials industry, specifically an interest in driving heavy mobile plant machinery.
• It would be great if you've already got experience operating a Loading Shovel and please let us know if you do! However for the right candidate we'll also support your development with in-role training; whereby you will achieve a Level 2 Plant Operations NVQ diploma qualification.
