What You'll Be Doing:



Operating heavy mobile plant safely and efficiently (Loading Shovels, ADTs, and more). Supporting production across the site, including key areas like the crusher, wash plant, and control room. Conducting pre-start checks, identifying defects, and ensuring your kit and workspace are clean, tidy, and safe. Communicating closely with supervisors and teammates to keep operations running smoothly. Following all site safety and environmental procedures--

What You'll Bring:



A

positive attitude

and willingness to get stuck in--we'll handle the training. Strong

teamwork and communication

skills. Focus on safety and attention to detail. Flexibility to work rotating shifts (day and afternoon patterns) Monday to Friday (05.00 - 13.30 & 13.30 - 23.00), every other Saturday 6.00 am - 11.00 am

Experience in a quarry or similar heavy industry is helpful--but not essential.
