Overview

We are seeking a skilled High Pressure Water Jetter to join our team. This role involves utilising high-pressure water jetting equipment for a variety of applications on an oil refinery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various construction and maintenance tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations.

Breathing apparatus (BA) experience would also be beneficial.

Duties

Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment for cleaning and maintenance purposes. Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively and safely. Wear BA as and when required to support refinery operations. Perform roles across site as a multi-functional operative. Complete mandatory paperwork for tasks completed to a high standard as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience with high-pressure water jetting equipment is beneficial. Forklift counterbalance is a desired skill. Strong literacy skills are required to complete mandatory tasks. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety guidelines meticulously. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver's licence is required. Willingness to undergo training as necessary to enhance skills relevant to the role. Breathing apparatus experience is a desired skill.
