Hourly rate to be discussed. We are seeking a dedicated and efficient General Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing various tasks that contribute to the overall productivity and efficiency of our operations. This position requires a proactive individual who can work well both independently and as part of a team.

This job is offering evening shift starting at 2pm until finish depending on daily production.

This job is also offering day shifts.

Weekly night shift added bonus is 150.

Duties

Carry out general labouring tasks as directed by supervisors or team leaders. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area to ensure a safe working environment. Operate machinery and equipment safely, following all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines, working in a Precast concrete factory.

Skills

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective teamwork. Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a workplace setting. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
