Purpose of the Job
Reporting to the supervisor, the successful applicant will carry out picking, grading, loading, storing, packing and quality control of our Oyster products and various other tasks as detailed by the supervisor
This is a full-time position and will involve an immediate start and training/certs will be provided for the successful candidates.
Key responsibilities
Maintain equipment and work area in careful and orderly manner.
Take part in continuous improvement initiatives and opportunities to improve work processes.
Follow and adhere to work instructions and procedures.
Achieve daily and weekly production targets.
Follow checklists and work flow guidelines where applicable.
Highlight any product deficiencies to Team supervisor.
Support H&S, Maintenance and Quality and other personnel to ensure production runs safely and efficiently and to the highest level of quality.
Skills and experiences required
Ability to work in a fast paced environment. ( Including boat-tractor-night shift-outdoor work, hard weather condition approx 50% to 80% of the work time)
Good organisational skills.
Strong work ethic.
Teamwork and positive interpersonal skills.
An eye for detail, quality focused and results orientated
Flexibility to work overtime and move shifts most of the time if requested (including some week-end)
. Work 2 week end per month
. Over 18 years old only
. Car licensed and able to come by your own means (personal car to commute to the work place mandatory)
. Must be physically fit as it is heavy, physically demanding work
. Up to date Manual Handling will be an advantage
.Any experience of powerboat or advanced powerboat driving such as ICC or Irish selling club with basic skill of driving a outboard boat are more than welcome.
What we Offer
- 40-45hours per week (approx. 160 hours/month, week-end include)
- Overtime available
- 15EUR per hour (Gross Pay) monthly paiement in arrears, paiement by bank transfert usually falling every 1ft, 2sd, 3rd or 4th of the following month.

- Monthly Bonus of performance (up to maximum 574EUR/Gross monthly)
- Recruitment bonus scheme available ! helping company to find new staff (agent recruiter) based on + 150EUR/Gross monthly on top of the monthly bonus of performance, bonus given and valid for 3 consecutive months after insertion of the news staff.
- Forklift driver/ loader bonus scheme (inside or/and outside work time) (210EUR/Gross monthly, based on loading 4 trucks per month)
- Annual Bonus/Christmas bonus (yearly) (scale 0EUR up to 2090EUR Gross/annually) paid yearly in arrears usually in December of each year.
- Profit sharing plan yearly bonus, based at 4% of the global group profit, bonus paid yearly in arrears, usually in November of each years.
- Osteopathie up to 2 sessions per year refundable by the company.

- Company close every years between Christmas and New year (lay off available for that period)
