Job Description
We are an established manufacturer of
plastic products
serving theBuilding and Construction industries
, and we're currently looking for a General Operative/Packer to join our very busy factory based in Droitwich.Main duties / responsibilities include
Heavy lifting throughout General Picking & Packing of orders Unloading inventory from vehicles and pallets. Batch plastic sealing singular and multiple products, including labeling products. Loading pallets and safely sealing them. Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from points of concern
Ideal traits for this role:
Reliable & punctual (Essential) Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Ability to organise and use their initiative where necessary Accuracy & a methodical approach Happy to work alone when needed
Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Hours are negotiable, most of our staff do 48 hours over 4 days, however, for the right candidate we are happy to discuss other options.
