Job Description

To support the delivery of the Autumn/Winter Covid-19 and Flu 2025/26 vaccinations, alongside other general nursing duties required by East 2 PCN's Practices. Operating within the 5 practices in Walsall East 2 PCN (Rushall Medical Centre, Northgate Practice, Portland Medical Practice, Collingwood Family Practice and Blackwood Health Centre). General nursing duties may include, but are not limited to, Wound Care, Long term condition reviews such as Asthma, Heart Disease and Diabetes, Vaccinations, immunisations and cervical cytology etc.
