We Are Currently Looking for Regular or Adhoc Practice Nurse cover for a Surgery
based in the Hackney, London Area
.Operating on Emis Web Clinical System
Hourly Rate: 29ph (LTD, Self Employed or PAYE)
Free parking on site
Clinical Duties - Looking for Practice Nurses who can assist with a wide variety of presentations but Diabetes, COPD and Asthma Reviews are Essential.
As part of the general Practice Team, you will be covering a Morning and Afternoon Clinic (Timings are flexible to suit your availibility) the surgery generally needs cover most months and would consider regular bookings for the right clinician. A GP partner is on site at all times as the Oncall GP for any queries on the day alongside a range of other staff.
Clinic Layout (Appointment times can be shared on request)
9am - 5pm (1hr Lunch Unpaid)
One Home Visit is required between 12:30pm - 13:30pm within 3 miles of practice
Dates/Times
Very Flexible on days and clinic times can be adjusted to suit Nurse Preference
From the 8th September onwards the Practice Require 2 Days per week either Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays
