We are looking for a

Practice Nurse

to join our friendly, supportive nursing team. The role is available for anything up to full-time hours, with a minimum of 25 hours per week.

About the Role

Our nurses play a central role in delivering excellent patient care, covering the full range of nursing responsibilities, including:

Childhood and adult immunisations Cervical screening Contraceptive services Chronic disease management (e.g. diabetes, asthma, COPD, hypertension) Health promotion and lifestyle advice
We would

ideally like an experienced Practice Nurse

with

non-medical prescribing

, but we also warmly welcome applications from registered nurses who are new to primary care and want to develop their skills in a supportive, high-quality environment.

You'll bring:

A genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding patient care A commitment to continuous learning and professional development Excellent communication and teamwork skills (Ideally) experience in long-term condition management and/or non-medical prescribing

Pay: 31,049.00-54,710.00 per year
