Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join our healthcare team. You will be supported by and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic care to patients registered with our practices, including screening, assessment and treatment

Responsibilities

Provide general medical consultations to patients, offering diagnosis, treatment, and preventative healthcare advice. Deliver patient-centred care while maintaining a high standard of clinical practice Prescribe and administer medications as appropriate, ensuring patient safety and well-being. Accurately record patient information and maintain up-to-date medical records in compliance with relevant regulations. Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and contribute to the ongoing development of clinical protocols. Promote health education and lifestyle advice to patients, supporting the management of long-term conditions. Ensure continuity of care through regular follow-ups and communication with patients and other healthcare providers and in line with practice processes and protocols. Work collaboratively with practice staff to ensure the smooth running of the practice and the provision of efficient, high-quality care. Provide coverage for assigned patient list.

Requirements

Current registration with GMC and NHS performers list GP accreditation - MRCGP examination or equivalent experience. Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient focused services. Ideally have a working knowledge of clinical systems such as EMIS web and Docman.

Working Hours:

4 sessions per week Monday half day /Wednesday full Day & Thursday half day PM
