is looking for two enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as

General Sales Assistants

. This is a seasonal position specifically to support our busy Christmas trading period. During this time, our Christmas shop is a major attraction, and we require extra support to ensure our customers continue to receive the exceptional service we're known for.

If you enjoy working in a vibrant retail environment over the Christmas period and love helping people, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating an EPOS till system and taking all forms of payment from customers Completing delivery notes as required To promote and enhance the Coolings brand Advising and helping customers on the shop floor Generating sales opportunities through interaction with customers Maintaining and tidying displays and putting out stock

Key Skills & Requirements:

Previous retail experience would be an advantage but not essential Own transport is

essential

as public transport to us is not reliable. Strong customer service orientation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Active and fairly fit
