We now have an exciting opening for a highly driven and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our Mazda, Changan, and Used Car sales teams at our Leicester dealership.

This is a key leadership position for a results-focused individual who can maximise performance, inspire a high-achieving sales team, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction across multi-brand operations.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leading and developing the Mazda, Changan, and Used Car sales teams Driving performance to achieve sales volume, profit, and customer satisfaction targets Managing stock profile, pricing strategy, and used car preparation standards Ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations and company processes Monitoring KPI performance and implementing improvement plans where required Creating a positive culture of continuous improvement, coaching, and accountability Working closely with Aftersales and Marketing to maximise departmental opportunities Representing the Sandicliffe brand professionally and consistently at all times

What We're Looking For

Proven success in a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager role within automotive retail Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, engage, and develop a sales team Strategic thinker with experience managing multi-brand operations or high-volume used car environments Highly commercial, target-driven, and confident in decision-making Passionate about customer experience and delivering exceptional service Strong understanding of F&I, digital retailing, and modern automotive sales processes Ability to work at pace, prioritise efficiently, and effectively manage departmental performance Full UK driving licence
