Role Overview

Customer Care & Market Research:

Foster a culture of excellent customer care while conducting research to stay informed on market trends and adjust sales plans accordingly.

Sales Plans & Collaboration:

Develop and execute sales plans for advertising, promotions, and merchandising, collaborating with the General Manager, Marketing Department, and Manufacturers.

Administrative & Inventory Management:

Ensure efficient administrative processes, maintain inventory security, and oversee regular stock inspections and record-keeping.

Team Management & Development:

Manage team engagement, conduct briefings, appraisals, training, and ensure health & safety compliance while managing headcount within budget.

Customer Care & Market Research:

Foster a culture of excellent customer care while conducting research to stay informed on market trends and adjust sales plans accordingly.

Pay: Up to 80,000.00 per year
