We are looking for an experienced
General Sales Manager
to join our team and take charge of a high-volume franchise brand at
Vospers, Truro.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of a successful
Ford
and
Mazda
sales department.
Motivate and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
Manage sales enquiries and leads, allocating effectively and monitoring performance.
Drive results and customer satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with both customers and manufacturer partners.
Ensure performance meets the standards set by Vospers and the brand manufacturer.
Champion best practices in customer service and sales processes.
What were looking for:
Minimum 3 years experience in a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager role within the motor industry.
Proven track record in achieving car sales targets and managing successful sales teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Strong organisational skills and a hands-on, motivational management style.
Ability to work under pressure while keeping the customer at the heart of every decision.
