We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. This is a career-defining role in a fast-paced, high-volume car supermarket environment, overseeing four Sales Managers and 25 Sales Executives, driving the performance of a team that sells thousands of cars every year. What You'll Do
As General Sales Manager, you will take full accountability for sales performance, financial results, and team development. You'll embed our core values of trust, transparency, and excellence across the sales team, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction while maximising profitability. You'll lead by example, inspire your managers and sales executives, drive change initiatives, and implement processes to keep the dealership operating at peak efficiency.
