Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive General Operative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This position requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, following all health and safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to operational procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in a site or warehouse environment is advantageous but not essential. Working at height experience. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Physically fit, with the capability to lift heavy items as required. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends if required.
This will role will be on various installation sites throughout N. Ireland, mainland UK & the Republic of Ireland. Weekly hours will be 40 per week. This may range from normal office hours of 8.30am - 5pm, to site work of longer days. Overnight stays at site locations may be essential.

Please note a full clean driving licence is essential.

Salary will be dependent on experience.
