About the Role

We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Construction Worker to join our growing team. The role requires a practical, hands-on tradesperson who is competent in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, roofing, and block work, as well as other general building and site tasks. We are looking for someone adaptable, who can turn their hand to a wide variety of construction duties and take pride in producing quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry. Undertake roof works including installations and repairs. Perform block work and related masonry. Assist with a range of other multi-skilled building tasks (e.g. plasterboarding, tiling, basic plumbing/painting, groundwork, general maintenance). Ensure all work is completed safely, to specification, and to a high standard. Work collaboratively with the site team and independently when required.
Requirements

Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, block work, and multi-trade construction. Ability to take on varied tasks across different trades. Confident in using a wide range of tools and materials. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Full UK driving licence (preferred).
