Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a General Stores - Nightshift operative. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse during night hours, focusing on the efficient handling of materials and inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be comfortable with heavy lifting, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations.

A huge part of our success is due to our team. We are looking for dynamic, friendly, conscientious and hard working night shift operatives to join our busy depot in Loanhead. As a night shift operator you shall be responsible for picking and palletising orders ready to be delivered to our customers.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: - Accurate picking, palletisation and loading of products ready for delivery to customers - Compliance with Health and Safety (SSOW), hygiene and other related legislation.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Good understanding of the English language, both verbal and written

Previous experience of voice picking systems along with reach/fork lift license would be advantageous but not essential.
