Salary: 24,796 to 25,185 per annum pro rata (GTA) 24,413 per annum pro rata (MSA)

Grade: C and B

Contract: Fixed term until 31/08/26

Hours: Part time - 16.25 hours per week GTA plus 1 hour a week MSA

Location: Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire

General Teaching Assistant and Midday Supervisor

Carnagill Primary School is a thriving school at Catterick Garrison, serving the local community, including children from military families.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join this delightful primary school based at Catterick Garrison and work alongside a dedicated and hard-working staff team. We require a compassionate and dedicated person to support and inspire our pupils. The person must be committed to inclusion and be someone who can motivate all children to fully achieve in line with our ambitious curriculum. Our school environment is a very caring, nurturing one and we value and celebrate the achievements of every child.

The successful candidate will be:
A calm and nurturing individual

Have some experience working with pupils with additional needs

Willing to undertake CPD and coaching from within school

Confident to use their own initiative, implement new strategies and take on board advice from teachers and external agencies.
