ETA ENCLOSURES is a leading Italian manufacturer of electric al enclosures. We are seeking a young, dedicated and versatile General Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production facilities. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Perform picking and packing of goods accurately and efficiently. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards. Engage in heavy lifting and manual handling of materials as required. Assist with stock management, including inventory counting and organisation. Operate forklifts safely for loading and unloading materials. Participate in shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely dispatch of goods. Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and retrieval procedures are followed. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and improve processes.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential Skills in picking packing, quality control, and materials handling are highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently. Forklift certification is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Basic mechanical knowledge will be beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
