T&M Group Ltd are looking for a General Yardsman who will work for T&M Group and or subsidary companies within the Group. The role will be based within our yard in Llanelli and will involve delivering products to customers or materials to our sites as well as operating equipment suchs as FLTs, chainsaws etc . We are open to either a part time or full applicants.

We are seeking a motivated and physically capable General Yardman to join our team. This role involves various tasks, including operating a forklift, delivering products, and maintaining the yard. The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player who can also work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift truck (FLT) safely and efficiently within the yard.
Load and unload Seasonal firewood products for delivery.
Drive a van to deliver products to customers.
Assist in general yard maintenance and organisation.
Undertake manual handling tasks as required.
Work independently and responsibly, adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements:
Valid full driving license.
Experience operating a forklift is preferred (FLT certification).
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads.
Ability to work alone and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
