About the Role

As Club Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of our Slough site by developing your team, ensuring smooth operations, and creating an environment where players, customers, and community groups feel welcome and well cared for. You'll also work closely with local partners, schools, and businesses to keep the club connected and thriving.


It's a hands-on leadership role where you'll wear manyhats: coach, mentor, organiser, problem-solver, community rep. No two days will look the same.

What You'll Do

Lead, train and inspire your team to deliver brilliant customer service and hit club KPIs Be a visible, approachable presence in the club for staff, players and visitors Manage all aspects of club operations, from cleanliness and safety to rotas and stock Drive revenue by building links with local schools, teams, community groups and businesses Own the club's performance against budget, with support from your Regional Ops Manager Resolve customer issues with empathy and confidence Take pride in creating a place where people feel part of something
