Resolver has welcomed a breadth of new clients and sectors in the last 12 months, so we have a rare opportunity to add a talented and committed individual to our Corporate Analysis Team. A Generalist Analyst within the Corporate Analysis team will be responsible for being abreast of the risk landscape facing the corporate world. Your role will involve uncovering and investigating risks relating to a host of corporate clients across various sectors using open source intelligence techniques. The role also requires the ability to write intelligence reporting outputs that convey specific tangible risks to clients and provide actionable insights about their impact.

Requirements


  • A genuine interest in the corporate risk landscape, meaning you are committed to proactively researching new trends and areas of risk.
  • A keen problem solver who is highly inquisitive in nature.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to write concise and informative reports.
  • Research skills across the clear web and social media, and it would be desirable to have knowledge of the deep and dark web.
  • A demonstrable interest in intelligence and intelligence analysis.
  • Subject matter knowledge in a specific area of corporate risk is desirable, preferably in financial risk or governance risk.
Essential Experience
  • A degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in a related or similar role.
  • Excellent research and report-writing skills, critical thinking, and analytical attention to detail.
  • Experience of gathering intelligence from multiple sources, making sense of it and communicating your findings.
  • Ability to prioritise, managing deadlines and workloads across multiple issues/cases.
  • Creativity and flexibility in addressing specific case or project needs and changes of circumstance.
