Longueville Manor is seeking a Generalist HR Manager to take ownership of the full HR function. This hands-on role suits a confident HR professional able to work both strategically and operationally. Responsibilities include recruitment, managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR policies remain compliant with employment law and best practice, overseeing payroll, and delivering in-house training on topics such as discrimination and performance management. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff, maintaining accurate HR records and supporting continuous improvement.
CIPD qualified or working towards, with proven generalist HR experience. Hospitality experience is desirable with a strong knowledge of local employment law, excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. Salary is negotiable, minimum of 30 hours per week
