Job role: Generator Engineer
Location: Birmingham-Midlands
A leading plant hire Company have key requirements for a Generator Technician based within Birmingham The Company is well established within the UK and has 7 depots and wants to grow further. With a work hard play hard attitude. The ideal candidate will be looking to progress further within their career and grow within the company.
The Successful Generator Technician will be:

• Generator Technician will be attending generator breakdowns on site
• Generator Technician will be working on Bruno generators, 20kva 1250 kva
• Generator Technician will be involved in tool box talks in the depot
• Generator Technician will benefit from being part of the on-call rota and will receive a standby retainer of 3150
• Generator Technician will be able to will benefit from a basic salary of 330k- 335k dependent on experience + 20 Days holiday plus Bank holidays + Van and fuel card + Door to door travel from the depot + OT

The successful Generator Technician will have:

• Generator Technician must be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge and fault-finding skills with power generation equipment
• Generator Technician must have a mechanical NVQ level 3 qualification
• Generator Technician must have a full driving license
• Generator Technician will be in a commutable distance to Birmingham
• Generator Technician will be able to will benefit from a basic salary of 330k- 335k dependent on experience + 20 Days holiday plus Bank holidays + Van and fuel card + Door to door travel from the depot + OT
