About the Role:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the pub and guest accommodation, ensuring high standards of service, customer care, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing the team Overseeing bar, food service, and guest rooms Managing stock and supplier relationships Handling bookings and guest relations Monitoring budgets and meeting financial targets Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations Engaging with the local community and promoting the business

Ideal Candidate(s):

Previous experience managing a pub, inn, or small hotel Strong leadership and organisational skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Confidence in managing both front-of-house and back-office operations For couples: a strong team with complementary skills (e.g. bar/kitchen/rooms/admin)
