Geotechnical Engineer
with expertise in
soil and rock engineering
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage
geotechnical site investigations
focused on soil and rock characterization.
Conduct
field logging
of soil and rock cores, in-situ testing, and subsurface data interpretation.
Perform
engineering analyses
for slope stability, bearing capacity, settlement, retaining structures, and rock slope design.
Develop
geotechnical design recommendations
for foundations, excavations, and ground improvement systems.
Review and interpret
laboratory testing results
for soil and rock samples.
Prepare
technical reports
, design documents, and construction recommendations.
Provide
field support
during construction to verify geotechnical conditions and ensure compliance with design intent.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, and environmental engineers.
Maintain high standards of
safety and quality
in all field and office activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
,
Geotechnical Engineering
, or a related field (Master's preferred).
EIT or PE license
(or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe).
[2-5 / 5+ -- adjust as needed] years of relevant geotechnical experience in soil and rock engineering.
Strong understanding of
soil and rock mechanics

foundation engineering

Proficiency with geotechnical software such as
