We are growing our German market, Kapsel, and are looking for a determined individual who can help us take on the challenge. German language skills are therefore essential, preferably you are a native speaker.
We are based in Glasgow's East End, so if you are able to travel into the office, that would be a plus - but not a requirement! The role can be carried out fully remotely, so applications from all across the UK are welcome.
So, what will you be doing? No two days are the same here at Simple - there's always a new challenge to tackle. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be their hero! Answering calls, responding to emails, and picking up contact via social and other channels through our efficient ticketing system, you'll showcase your customer-centric mindset and problem-solving prowess. But that's just the beginning!
We're searching for candidates who excel in call and ticket/email handling, as we believe in constantly raising the bar. As you grow more confident in your role, we'll introduce additional tasks that will challenge and excite you.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive support. Whether it's addressing general inquiries, resolving missing orders, or collaborating with our internal and external teams, you'll ensure that every customer's concerns or issues regarding prescriptions or purchases are promptly resolved.
