Job Overview:
The Marketing to the Consumer role involves direct engagement with the forest and ARB community via telemarketing, social media, and other communication forms. The goal is to build emotional connections between consumers and the Arbortec brand, encouraging them to use and advocate for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Development & Consumer Engagement:
Build and manage a platform to capture and monitor engagement with the forest and ARB consumers.
Develop strategies to interact with consumers, fostering strong relationships and brand loyalty.
Market Research & Consumer Insights:
Achieve a deep understanding of the products used by DE arborists and their purchasing habits.
Make contact with 80% of the forest and ARB community in Germany (DE) to gather detailed consumer information.
Consumer Loyalty Programs:
Develop and implement a loyalty program, offering incentives for big end-users to switch to Arbortec products or rewards for existing customers.
Database & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of DE arborists, ensuring up-to-date and relevant consumer information.
Foster strong relationships with consumers through consistent and meaningful interactions.
Product Usage & Purchasing Insights:
Understand the types of products consumers use and the timing of their purchases.
Identify where consumers are purchasing their products and explore opportunities to influence their buying decisions.
Social Media & Community Engagement:
Manage and respond to consumer interactions on social media platforms.
Conduct research to identify potential end-user names and profiles for targeted engagement.
Merchandising & Promotional Activities:
Organise and send out merchandise packs to consumers, enhancing brand visibility and loyalty.
Lead focused campaigns aimed at new distributors, emphasizing consumer-centric approaches.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent DE communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and database management abilities.
Proficient in using social media platforms for brand engagement.
Ability to conduct market research and analyse consumer data.
Creative thinking for developing loyalty programs and promotional campaigns.
Motivated and self-driven with a passion for building consumer relationships.
