We are currently recruiting for a position of German to English language transcriber in the healthcare market research industry.

Think Healthcare Solutions supports clients across the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries with high-quality insights and research. We are seeking meticulous, reliable transcribers and proofreaders to accurately transcribe audio derived from medical market research interviews.

Position Overview

This is an ad-hoc, remote role ideal for someone with exceptional attention to detail and strong language skills. You will transcribe audio from confidential German language recordings. You may be also asked to review and refine transcripts, ensuring they are accurate, consistent, and professionally presented.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately transcribe German audio files to English text Proofread text from medical market research interviews Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors Ensure clarity, coherence, and consistency of content Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven previous experience in transcribing German to English files. Proven proofreading or editing experience Excellent command of German/English and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines (weekends are occasionally required) Familiarity with healthcare or medical market research is a plus but not essential Comfortable working on an ad-hoc basis, sometimes with quick turnarounds
