London, Holborn (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

Salary:

35,000 - 38,000k base + 30% [of base salary] uncapped commission

What You'll Do



Prospect into enterprise accounts in the DACH region, creating qualified pipeline for senior sales. Drive outbound activity (calls, LinkedIn, email) as your main growth lever. Qualify inbound leads and connect them with the right sales teams. Collaborate with German AEs, sales enablement, and product experts. Research and engage finance and payments decision-makers across the DACH market.



Who They're Looking For



Native or fluent German speaker + fluent English. Early career professional (graduate or up to 2 years' experience in sales or customer-facing roles). Resilient, curious, and confident on the phone. Organised and comfortable with sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo). Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by growth and results. Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
