What You'll Be Doing

?

Cooking to Order:

Expertly prepare and cook all short-order items (breakfasts, burgers, main meals, etc.) on the griddle in a

timely manner

. ?

Food Preparation:

Assist with essential food preparation, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients to ensure the kitchen is always ready for service. ?

Kitchen Cleanliness:

Maintain an exceptionally clean and sanitary workspace, following all health and safety regulations, including constant cleaning of the griddle and surrounding areas. ?

Teamwork:

Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth, efficient, and organised workflow.

Ability to work a range of shifts, which may include early mornings, nights, and weekends.
