Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Call Centre Representative to join our team in Gloucester. This role is vital in ensuring excellent customer interactions scheduling engineer appointments and supporting our company's commitment to outstanding service. The position is based in GL1 2SG.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide accurate product information and support to customers.
Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex cases when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Contribute to continuous improvement of call centre processes.
Promote Gillman's values of quality service and customer care.
Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Knowledge of electrical or appliance products is a plus.
Friendly, patient, and attentive demeanour.
Ability to handle high-volume calls with professionalism.
