Kings Heath Sports FC is a community-driven grassroots football club dedicated to helping young players enjoy football and reach their full potential. We're expanding to 20 Sunday teams and 6 girls' teams over the next two years, and we're passionate about offering opportunities for children of all abilities to get involved, develop their skills, and progress into team football.
Your Impact:
As a Girls' Football Coach, you'll play a vital role in welcoming new players to the game, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and prepare to join one of our club teams. You'll be a role model, supporting girls as they take their first steps in football and guiding them on their journey into regular match play. If you're interested, there's also the opportunity to manage a new team as it forms.

All sessions mapped out in advance, but with the freedom to bring your own coaching style

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver fun, engaging, and structured football sessions for girls and young people
Help new players develop technical skills, teamwork, and confidence
Prepare players to join Kings Heath Sports FC teams as they're ready
Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive environment for all
Maintain high standards of safeguarding and uphold club values
(Optional) Opportunity to manage one of our new teams as they progress to match play

What We're Looking For:
Minimum FA Level 1 (Introduction to Coaching Football); UEFA-C preferred
Experience working with children or young people in football or sport
Strong communication and organisational skills
Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare (DBS check required)
A genuine passion for helping girls of all abilities develop and enjoy football
