Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled GIS Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing geographic information systems (GIS) applications and tools. This role requires a strong foundation in software development, with a focus on integrating spatial data and creating innovative solutions to support our organisation's geospatial needs. The ideal applicant will possess expertise in various programming languages and development frameworks, demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.

Job Roles:

Build custom apps using ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Server Develop powerful geoprocessing tools, feature/map services & automation scripts Integrate ArcGIS with enterprise platforms using REST APIs & third-party APIs Manage complex geospatial databases, data models, and high-volume GIS workflows Write clean, scalable code in Python, JavaScript, and SQL

Experience

At least 5-8 years of experience in utility industry Should have a thorough understanding of Utility data model Should have implemented the Esri solutions from scratch Should have worked in support role in handling the requests for ArcGIS Desktop, AGOLS and Mobile application Should have thorough knowledge on support life cycle model in handling the tickets according to SLA Should have a thorough knowledge on ArcFM 10.2.1c for ArcGIS 10.2.1, especially on ArcFM extensions and Autoupdators configuration Should have a good knowledge on ArcFM Geodatabase Framework to handle the sessions post queue and user configuration & management
