We're bringing back our much-loved Ralph Lauren Giving Tree for a second year in support of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. We're looking for a cheerful, proactive, and festive Tree and Trike Host to be part of the experience! As our Tree and Trike Host, you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests to our Giving Tree area, helping to spread holiday cheer while encouraging visitors to participate in our charitable initiative. You'll embody the warmth, sophistication, and storytelling spirit of the Ralph Lauren brand, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our commitment to giving back and creating memorable experiences.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact at the Ralph Lauren Giving Tree activation. Engage with guests, sharing information about The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and how they can contribute. Operate the Ralph Lauren trike, distributing personalised stars to customers and ornaments. Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the activation area. Support with daily set-up, restocking, and closing procedures. Represent the Ralph Lauren brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine warmth throughout the event period.

Qualifications:

. Confident, friendly, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

. A positive, approachable attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

. Must be available for the entire duration of the activation period

(9th November - Christmas Eve).

. Previous retail, hospitality, or event experience preferred but not essential.
